It’s time for a new recipe. This time one that I came up with myself and that I quite enjoy. Wraps with zucchini and pesto. .
- Green pesto
- Cherry tomatoes
- Italian herbs
- Goat cheese
How to make it
- Cut the zucchini, onion and tomatoes
- Bake the onions and add the zucchini. At the last moment you add the tomatoes and bake them for a little bit. You can add flavor to the vegetables by adding Italian herbs.
- Put some pesto on the wrap and a few slices of the cheeses and warm the wrap in a flat pan. Once the cheeses start melting you can add the vegetables and fold the wrap. Leave it on a low fire for a little bit
- When you serve the wrap, you can add the rucola and if you want, you can also add some pine nuts.
